BidReady is a product of VeritexAI, Inc. ("VeritexAI," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at www.veritexai.com, use the BidReady application, or interact with us in any other way.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information: name, email address, company name, trade, and tier selection when you sign up for the waitlist or create an account.
• Bid data: documents, specifications, drawings, and other files you upload to BidReady for processing. This data belongs to you.
• Usage data: how you interact with BidReady, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
• Device information: browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers collected automatically when you access our services.

• To provide, maintain, and improve BidReady's services
• To process your bid documents and generate estimates, takeoffs, and proposals

4. Data isolation and multi-tenancy

Every query in BidReady filters by your organization ID at the database level. Your bids, scope items, takeoff history, and any stored data are isolated from other organizations. No other customer can access your data. Our historical bid learning system retrieves only from your organization's bids — cross-tenant data access is architecturally impossible.

5. Third-party services

BidReady uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Anthropic (Claude): for document parsing, scope extraction, estimate generation, and proposal writing. Your bid data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not use your data to train models.
• Google Cloud Platform: for file storage and infrastructure.
• Vercel: for website hosting.
• Supabase: for database services.
• Resend: for transactional email delivery.

6. Data retention

We retain your account information and bid data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation or export. After the 30-day grace period, your data is permanently deleted. You may request data export at any time through your account settings.

7. Data security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, capability-based access controls within our processing pipeline, and per-turn cost caps that prevent runaway processing. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
